The security of the Tourist Attraction and Hotels in Ubud tighten

Post bomb blast at two hotels in Jakarta, the security of several tourist attractions and other serious vital objects in Ubud was tightened. Moreover, the security of several luxurious hotels in the Ubud tour region of Gianyar Bali also was tightened.

One of the tourist attractions that received the security was the tour region “monkey forest” Ubud. Since the Ritz Carlton hotel and J.W. Marriot Jakarta was shaken by bomb yesterday, the tour region that always busy was visited by these foreign tourists was guarded tight an amount of police of District Police Gianyar.

According to District Police Chief Gianyar, AKBP Nyoman Astawa, to maintain the safe feeling of the foreign citizen in Ubud, his side increased the security in the Ubud tour region by means of increasing the police personnel in several serious vital places the terrorism attack.

"We are also increased the patrol in the Ubud territory and the other location in Gianyar. For the resident, we made a plea so that more was sensitive to the environment around. If there are those that aroused suspicion immediately report to the police,” said Nyoman Astawa.
